Commissions
By commissioning artwork from the artist, the client agrees to the following terms of service. The artist reserves the right to refuse service or cancel the order at any time if the client does not adhere to the agreed-upon conditions.
The artist will check in with the customer twice for feedback and changes in the design. Once when the initial sketch is done and a second time before the final details are added. This ensures that the art piece will be as close to the customer’s desire as possible. Bigger changes are doable only after the initial sketch is shown without extra cost. If the customer requests big changes after the second check in, the artist will add 10% of the original price into the final cost. All changes will be verified with the customer before proceeding with the process.
Any commissioned artwork is protected under the Creative Commons License CC-BY-NC-SA.
This means that:
- You must credit the original creator, Elsa Alina
- Only noncommercial uses of the work are permitted
- Adaptations must be shared under the same terms
Payment
A deposit payment is required in advance to cover the costs of materials. Only once the deposit is paid the process may start. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable if the commission is canceled partway through the process.
Once the artwork is finalized, an invoice will be issued to the customer. The second installment of the payment is designated to cover shipping costs. If the actual shipping expenses exceed the initially agreed amount, we will communicate and discuss the additional charges with the customer prior to proceeding.
Payment method: invoice
